Welcome to First Light, the radio broadcast and podcast ministry of Pastor Russell C. Cotnoir, Jr. Our aim is to provide practical teaching for godly living in contemporary society because we know how challenging it can be to live in today's busy and hectic world.
We are passionately dedicated to communicating biblical truth in a relevant way in order to effect spiritual change. The messages heard on First Light originate from the pulpit ministry of Pastor Russell C. Cotnoir, Jr. who served as Senior Pastor of Fayette Baptist Church in Fayette, Maine for 34 years before retiring in January of 2022.
First Light has several dedicated volunteers who share in the Mission and Purpose of this ministry. We praise God who continues to provide First Light with the teaching, audio technicians, proof editors, webmasters, desktop publishers, media production, administrators, and funding as needed for this listener-supported radio ministry.
